When you're studying hard, the last thing you want to be worrying about is how to get your shopping each week. We understand this and as we want to give you the best chance of success in your studies, we provide ALL our tenants attending the MUA with FREE transport to and from the Charles Town area once a week, so you can get stocked up with everything you need.
Your bus will depart at 10am every Saturday. Though if you want a bit more flexibility, why not share a hire car with friends so you can explore the island at your leisure? We can arrange a car for you too!

Inside these fully-equipped student rooms, our tenants are able to get peace and quiet and good rest. People living in urban areas know that quiet surroundings usually come at a high price. But we offer our residents a chance to live in a calm environment and enjoy a sound sleep without the high cost.
But there's so much more to us than just study and relaxation. We can arrange a different adventure for you to unwind every weekend if you're an adventurous student. And while you're enjoying your stay, try some scuba diving lessons or take a kayak out for a paddle. You deserve it!
1 Bedroom or 2?
The most popular choice for students attending the Medical University are the 1 bedroom apartments at Almond Gardens, though if you're a teacher or professor, or you'd like to share with a friend, we also have 2 bed/2 bathroom condos at Nevis Retreat which you will love.

We have two wonderful buildings with a total of 16 separate self-contained apartments, which are located within easy walking distance of the MUA campus, catering exclusively to students of the Medical University of the Americas (MUA), and include both ocean and mountain views, as well as a pool, so every student can feel perfectly at home while studying abroad.
